Safety

Safety on the job site is one of our top priorities at Wild Bore Plant Services. We believe that our employees have the right to work in a safe environment. We incorporate all of the appropriate policies and procedures to implement safety guidelines that protect employees and all personnel involved in our services. With the assistance of our on-site safety manager, an authorized OSHA/MSHA outreach trainer with years of experience in the construction industry, we are able to ensure that our workplace is free from known dangers. Each employee, including shop and field personnel, receives OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970) and MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration) training to guarantee a safe work environment free of health concerns. Whether they are new or seasoned, all employees must also pass a mandatory drug test.

Our company orientation program covers, but is not limited to

  • Drug and Alcohol Policy
  • Introduction to the Work Environment

Wild Bore Mechanical understands the importance of our employees not only receiving and abiding by safety training, but also fully understanding why certain precautions are necessary.
